Three plans. The smallest one runs a real timetable rather than showing you what you are missing, and no limit ever interrupts a class that is already scheduled.
Nothing is charged yet. ClassLoop is in its first release and there is no payment step in the product. The prices below are what we intend to charge, and we will tell every studio well before that starts.

About plans and limits
What happens if I reach a limit?
You are told when you try to create the thing that would exceed it, and everything you already have carries on working exactly as before. Classes keep running, bookings keep arriving, registers keep opening. A limit only ever stops you adding more.
Can a class stop working because of my plan?
No, and this is a deliberate design rule rather than a promise. Plan limits are consulted when something is created and never when something is read, taught or attended. A register cannot refuse to open, and a class in progress cannot be interrupted by a commercial decision.
How do I pay?
You do not, today. There is no payment step anywhere in ClassLoop and no card details are stored. When paid plans start, the change will be announced first.
Can I have a higher limit than my plan?
Yes. Techvora can grant a complimentary allowance against a specific limit — more classes, more teachers — without changing your plan. Ask.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Members, rosters, attendance, bookings and report results export as CSV on the Studio and School plans, and we will export your data for you on request whatever plan you are on.
What counts as a booking?
One person taking one place on one session. A waiting-list entry counts when it is made. A cancellation does not give the count back, because the work of taking it already happened.
