Talk to the people who built it
Techvora is a small independent software company, so there is no support tier and no ticket queue to climb. You will be dealing with the people who wrote ClassLoop.
One address for everything. We read it on working days and normally reply the same or the next one.
You already use ClassLoop
Tell us your studio’s name and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot helps more than a description. If a class is affected right now, say so at the top and we will treat it that way.
You are deciding whether to
Describe your week — how many classes, how many teachers, one venue or several, whether you need to take payment. We will tell you plainly whether ClassLoop fits, including when it does not.
Privacy, export or deletion
If you booked a class, ask the organisation you booked with: they hold your information. If you run an organisation and need an export or a deletion, write to us and we will do it. The privacy notice sets out what is held.
Security
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please tell us before telling anybody else, and include enough detail to reproduce it. We will confirm receipt, keep you informed, and credit you if you would like to be credited. We will not threaten anybody who reports something in good faith.
Before you write about a booking problem
Two things account for most of them, and both are settings you control:
- “Booking is closed” on a class that should be open. Check the booking cutoff in your settings — bookings close a set number of minutes before a class starts — and check the class itself is marked public with booking open.
- A class missing from the public timetable. Private classes never appear there, and a class with no sessions generated yet has nothing to show. Both are visible on the class’s own page.
The questions and answers cover most of the rest.
